• How can I pay?

  We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, Zip, Afterpay and Laybuy!

• How do I know if my payment has been processed?

  If the payment has come out of your account and you've received an order number and order confirmation email - then it has gone through! If the payment has come out of your account but you haven't received an order confirmation email, send us your details and we will look into it for you!

• I accidentally selected the wrong payment method, what can I do?

  Please email us your order number ASAP so we can attempt to cancel and refund your order before it is shipped and you can then replace the order using your desired payment method! CONTACT US

• Why can't I select to pay with Afterpay/Zip/Laybuy?

  It sounds like you may have an item on a subscription in your cart! A subscription can only be purchased with a card as payment as a subscription can only be set up with a card as the payment method!
