All of our products are both laxative and stimulant free (apart from our Slimming Espresso and Slim It Peach Ice Tea flavour as they both naturally contain caffeine) and do not cause any side effects. If you are at all concerned, please feel free to take our ingredients list to your doctor.
If you are using our products to replace another product e.g. using Slim It to replace cordial or soft drink, using Slimming Espresso/Hot Chocolate to replace your daily coffee/hot chocolate, you may actually experience withdrawal-like symptoms! This is because our products contain much less sugar and caffeine than others and your body isn’t having the amount it normally would.
